how do i make an invite for class dinner online where parents say if they come
Endless messages in the class chat, everyone asking who's coming, and me keeping the list on the back of a receipt.
I made a real invite page for the class dinner, right from my phone
For a mum of two who is class rep for her son's primary school class and got stuck organising the class dinner

The update that arrives every evening at 9
Class dinner, Friday 20 November, Luigi's, 7pm. 14 families coming, 31 people in total, 9 kids' menus. New today: Sara's mum (3 people) and the Okafors (2). Still no answer: Marco's family, Ella's family, Tommy's dad. Two parents asked for a vegetarian option.
This arrives on its own. Nobody opened anything.
How it was before. She collected every yes and no by hand from the parents' group chat, because a proper sign-up page meant asking someone who builds websites.
What they said, out loud
Make me an invite page for the class dinner on Friday the 20th of November at Luigi's at seven, where parents say if they're coming and how many, and tell me who's in.
What Oravio did, on its own
- Built an invite page with the date, the time and the address of Luigi's, with a map
- Added a short form where each family writes their name, how many people are coming and how many kids' menus they need
- Put the page online and gave her one link to paste into the class chat
- Set up a message to her phone every evening with the new answers and who is still missing
How long it took: about ten minutes, standing at the school gate waiting for pickup
Why a chat is not enough
A chat can write her a nice invite text, but it can't put a real page online, collect the parents' answers and send her the list every evening while she's cooking dinner.
Who else this same thing is for
- A teenager planning a birthday party who wants to know who's really coming
- A retired man organising the reunion of his old school class
- A football coach collecting names for the end-of-season pizza night
- A hairdresser inviting her regular clients to the salon's anniversary evening

How this page came about
Nobody wrote it by hand. Oravio built it on its own.
- It looked for the sources and opened them one by one: the ones that do not answer never get in.
- It wrote the formulas and tried them on a worked example: if the maths does not add up, the page never goes out.
- It laid the page out and put it online all by itself, with nobody touching a key.
It is the same work it does for the people who use it: you say what you need in plain words, and it gets done while you are doing something else. A page like this one, on your own numbers, included.
And from here on, without you asking again
Every evening at 9 it will send her who said yes and who hasn't answered yet, and the morning before the dinner it will send her the final headcount, ready to pass to the restaurant.
This page is one thing out of hundreds. Oravio lives on your own server, on your computer, phone and tablet: it remembers for years, works at night and keeps doing your jobs while you do something else. It takes a minute to switch on.
You can ask Oravio
Your next class dinner will have its own invite page, and the list will keep itself
Oravio is an AI operating system: you say in plain words what you need and it actually does it — it answers your customers for you, keeps your books, checks every night and only calls you when it matters.
For example, you can write: «Make me an invite page for the class dinner on Friday the 20th of November at Luigi's at seven, where parents say if they're coming and how many, and tell me who's in.»
