Will it arrive in time for Christmas?
Yes, if you order by 10 December: every MiniMe ships from the maker just for you and arrives in 1-2 weeks. We send you the tracking code as soon as it moves. After the 10th the Christmas price still applies until the 24th, but we can no longer guarantee delivery before Christmas.
It is a gift: how do I do it?
Order with your own email: whoever receives it installs Oravio in a few minutes and pairs it with their own account. The included month of server starts with the order on the account of your email: you can use it yourself to prepare the surprise, or enter the email of the person who will receive it directly.
Why does it cost less here than on the product page?
Because it is the Christmas price, and it exists only on this page and only until 24 December. The lowest price of the last 30 days is shown next to it, as the law requires: you can measure the discount yourself.
Do I need to know how to code?
No, and that is the point. Describe in words what you want it to do and Oravio writes, compiles and loads the program onto the robot. If you can code, the code is open and yours.
What happens after the included month of server?
It continues at €34.90/month and you can cancel whenever you like from the dashboard, with one tap. The robot stays yours and keeps working: without a server it only loses the work done while you are away.
What if I am already an Oravio customer?
If you already have VPS Pro we credit you the exact equivalent of one month in computing power. If you have a smaller plan you move up to VPS Pro for a month and the old subscription ends at the end of its period: you never pay twice.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, in 3 interest-free instalments with Klarna, on the payment page. The order ships as soon as the payment is confirmed.
What if the person who receives it does not like it?
You have 14 days to withdraw from delivery, as the law provides. Write to us and we will tell you how to return it.
I already have a CoreS3 robot: do I need to buy another one?
No. Install the Oravio firmware from the install page, for free, and choose an Oravio plan when you want it to work on its own.
