For people on Linux
Ask in plain words. It does it on your computer.
Oravio connects to the Linux you already have. You talk to it from the app or the chat, and it works here: writes files, installs programs, fixes things — even while you do something else.
Download for Linux
Works on Debian, Ubuntu, Mint and the distributions built on them.
Three things, and you are done
- Download the file above and open it with a double click: it installs itself.
- Open “Oravio” from your applications menu.
- Type the 8-character code the app shows you. Done.
The computer stays yours
- It only works in the folders you tell it. Outside those it neither looks nor writes.
- Before anything important it asks you, with a window that appears on screen.
- Some things it never does, even if you ask: the ones that wipe the computer.
- Every command goes into a list you can read whenever you like. It is on your computer, not with us.
- You stop it whenever you want, and you lose nothing.
What it is not
It is not an operating system of ours and it does not replace your Linux: it is Oravio working inside what you already use. Your computer keeps working exactly as before, even without us.
An active plan is needed
The program downloads and installs freely. To have Oravio work on your computer you need an active plan — the same account you use in the app.
